Canceling a Subscription
To access Billing details, students can click on their name or picture in the top right of their dashboard site header and select My Account.
They can then select the Billing tab.
From here, students can:
View/update their saved credit card.
View their recurring payments (subscriptions and payment plans)
Renew a subscription or payment plan after a failed payment has set the status to Payment Due
Canceling a Subscription
To end subscription payments, students can hit Cancel for that subscription.
The subscription will then change to "Cancelled", and students will automatically lose access to the associated content at the end of their billing period.
