If you would like to schedule a one-on-one video or phone meeting with an instructor all you need to do is send an email to the support team and request the meeting.
Please provide the following information when making the request.
Which instructor you would like to speak with
Which course you are enrolled in or inquiring about
A brief summary of the topic or reason for the meeting.
Once received a support team member will reach out to you to set the meeting date and time.
