Refund Policy for Online Courses and MDI Academy
Individual Courses and Course Bundles
All sales of individual online courses and course bundles are final.
Refunds are not available once a course has been purchased, except in cases of:
Duplicate purchases of the same course
Accidental purchase of the wrong course
Duplicate or Mistaken Purchases
If a course was purchased in error, the following applies:
The student must contact support immediately after the purchase
The course must not have been started
A refund will be issued upon request if these conditions are met
Important:
No refund will be issued if the course has already been accessed or started
All refunds will be issued minus any credit card or processing fees

Before Starting the Course
Students are eligible for a full refund of tuition if the request is made before beginning the course.
Refunds will be issued minus credit card or processing fees
After the Course Has Started
Once the course has been started, refunds are based on completion progress:
Up to 10% completed: 90% refund
Up to 25% completed: 75% refund
Up to 50% completed: 50% refund
Important Limitations
No refunds will be issued after 30 days from the course start date
No refunds will be issued once 50% or more of the course has been completed
All refunds are issued minus credit card and processing fees, with no exceptions
Payments Made by Check
If payment was made by check:
Refunds will be issued by check
Please allow up to 30 days for processing after your refund request is received
Refund Request Process
To ensure your refund is properly processed:
You must email our support team to request a refund
If you cancel a registration on your own without notifying us, our finance team may not be aware that a refund is required
