Individual Course and Course Bundles
No refund can be given for purchases of online courses or course bundles with the exception of accidental purchases of the same course or mistaken course purchases.
Multiple payments for the same course or Mistaken Course Purchase.
In cases where the student accidently made a purchase, for example, the same course bought multiple times or the wrong course purchased, a refund will be issued upon request. In cases where the wrong course was purchased, the student must notify the Death Investigation Training Academy immediately upon purchasing the wrong course. In order to receive a refund, the student must not have started the "wrong" course. No refund will be issued if the student has already started the course. The refund will be minus any credit card processing fee or other fees charged to DITA.
Medicolegal Death Investigator Course
Students will receive a full refund of tuition to the MDI training program (minus credit card fees or other fees charged to us) before the start of the course. However, if a student has begun the course, the following refund policy will be in place:

Tuition:
10% completion is a 90% Refund
25% completion is a 75% Refund
Ect..
No refund will be given after 30 days or if completion is 50% or more.
Paid by Check?
If you paid for a course by check, our finance team will issue a check to you within 30 days of your refund request.
**Please Note: You must email our support team and request a refund. If you cancel a registration on your own, our finance team may not be notified that a check needs to be issued to you.
