Below is an overview of our refund policy for classroom training, along with a few important details to help you plan accordingly.
Refund Timeline
A full refund, minus any applicable credit card or registration fees, will be issued if a cancellation request is received at least 60 days prior to the start of the course. These processing fees are non-refundable, as they are charged by third-party providers and are not returned to us.
If a cancellation occurs less than 60 days before the course start date, a refund cannot be issued.
Transfer and Credit Options
If you are unable to attend and are within the 60-day window, you do have options. Your enrollment can be:
Transferred to another member of your agency, or
Applied as a credit toward one of our online training programs through our eLearning platform
This ensures your investment in training is not lost.
Payments Made by Check
If you paid by check and submit a cancellation request more than 60 days prior to the course, our finance team will issue a refund check within approximately 30 days of receiving your request.
Important Refund Request Process
To ensure your refund is processed correctly, you must submit your request by emailing our support team. If you cancel your registration independently without notifying us, our finance team may not be alerted to issue your refund.
