Refund Policy for Classroom Course
A full refund, minus any credit card or registration fees, if any, will be given up to 60 days before the start of training. If you cancel less than 60 days before the training, no refund can be given. However, the enrollment can be transferred to another member of your agency or used toward online training on our eLearning platform.
Paid by Check?
If you paid for a course by check and canceled attendance more than 60 days before the first day of the course, our finance team will issue a check to you within 30 days of your refund request.
**Please Note: You must email our support team and request a refund. If you cancel a registration on your own, our finance team may not be notified that a check needs to be issued to you.
