Medicolegal Death Investigator Course Refund Policy
Before You Begin the Course
Students are eligible for a full refund of tuition if the request is made before starting the course.
Refunds will be issued minus any credit card or processing fees
These fees are non-refundable, as they are charged by third-party processors and are not returned to us
After the Course Has Started
Once a student has begun the Medicolegal Death Investigator (MDI) course, refunds are issued based on course completion.
Refund Structure:
Up to 10% completed: 90% refund
Up to 25% completed: 75% refund
Up to 50% completed: 50% refund
Important Limitations
No refunds will be issued after 30 days from the start of the course, regardless of completion percentage
No refunds will be issued once 50% or more of the course has been completed
All refunds are issued minus credit card and processing fees, with no exceptions
Duplicate or Incorrect Purchases
If a course is purchased in error or the same course is purchased multiple times:
A refund will be issued upon request
Refunds will still be minus any credit card or processing fees

All refund requests must be submitted to our support team. Refund eligibility is determined based on course activity and the date of enrollment.
