Where Can I Find My Certificate?
Didn’t Receive Your Certificate?
If you did not receive your certificate at the end of your course, don’t worry. Your certificate is still available in your student account and can be accessed at any time. Be sure your course progress show 100% even if you have finished your final exam. If it does not show fully complete, go through the syllabus and ensure all lessons are marked as complete. Once that is done, follow the steps below:
How to Access Your Certificate
To locate and download your certificate, follow these steps:
Sign in to your account
Click your name in the top right corner
Select My Account from the dropdown menu
Click on Certificates
Select View next to the course
From there, you will be able to:
View your certificate
Download it as a PDF
Copy a link to share it if needed
Helpful Tip
We recommend downloading and printing your certificate as soon as you complete a course for your records.
