Paying by Invoice or Purchase Order
Can my department be invoiced for training?
Yes. We regularly work with agencies to provide invoicing options for both online and classroom training.
If your department prefers to pay by invoice or purchase order (PO), our team can assist with the enrollment and billing process.
Important: Credit cards cannot be used to pay an issued invoice.
Classroom Training
When registering for a classroom course:
You may see an option to pay by invoice during checkout
If the invoice option is not visible, simply contact our support team
Our team will:
Assist with your enrollment
Generate and send an invoice directly to your agency
Online and Video-On-Demand Courses
For online courses, invoicing is handled directly through our support team.
To enroll using an invoice or PO:
Contact our support team with your request
Provide student and agency details
We will complete the enrollment and issue the invoice
This is a common process, and we make it as simple as possible.
Purchase Orders (POs)
We accept purchase orders from agencies. Please include any required documentation when contacting support so we can process your request efficiently.
